Hello this is Steven Bailey with Next Wave SUCCESS and today we’re interviewing Mr. Jerome Henin President of Henin Signature Homes, Henin Realty and Henin International Services with offices in Orlando; Paris, France; and Zurich, Switzerland.

Jerome, thank you for joining us.

You were introduced to me by the publisher of Homes & Land as a very savvy and successful international businessman…AND a down to earth kinda guy. Maybe that’s how you’ve won the trust of European and American investors for over 25 years.

1. As the founder and owner of several companies involved in real estate you’re doing everything from concept, design, construction, financing and sales. Was that always the plan, to be a world-class Full-Service real estate company?

2. For more than 25 years, Henin International Services has been representing European investors with a variety of services from business incorporations to commercial and residential property development. With changes in the economy and the global marketplace, how do you see your company’s role in the coming year?

3. You’ve focused on projects in Orlando and the surrounding area since 1994. Riviera Bella…a 240-acre community on the beautiful St. John’s River and a Parade of Homes Grand Award winner… Is this your masterpiece here in Florida?
